Maple Leaf Physical Therapy PLLC is a one-therapist clinic in north Seattle that provides individualized comprehensive quality care for orthopedic injuries, cancer and lymphedema rehabilitation, and Pilates exercise instruction.

As of September 2009 a second location will be added at Bodycenter Studios in Fremont where patients will be seen on Tuesdays only.
